I've been reading a lot over the past few days and I haven't found any info on this so I apologize if it's been covered already. It seems similar topics have been discussed in many threads and I just wasn't sure which, if any, this belonged in.
It seems that according to my body weight which is 223 lbs., at about 1.5 gr./lb. of body weight, my daily consumption of protein should be about 335 gr. +/-. It seems virtually impossible to be able to consume that much protein from natural sources while still limiting my caloric intake and keeping fat and carbs to a minimum. Given my needs, is this even possible without protein powder or some other substitute?
