lately I have been doing bicep curls like crazy,with dumbells and a barbell and I am getting stronger but I just cant seem to get my biceps toned.does anybody know a exercise or routine that would help tone my biceps?anybodys help would be usful.

Hey slimdavie I have commented on a few of your other posts, and I have to say, slow down a bit. It takes time to achieve great definition with great arms. Take a step back and think about why you are really working out. Sure it is great to look good and have great arms, but there is much more to it than that. It is a journey of your mind and body and you need to be connected to both. Stick with it and keep a positive attitude, good luck.
