how do I access my plan?

Hi longhorn...you'll fill out an exercise profile...should be at the top on your home page...it will ask you your fitness level,how many days you want to work out...things like that...then you'll be able to access a plan.

You need to answer some questions and such... I believe it's in "Exercise Program."

I have done that, I mean how do I look at the schedule and work out regimen? I answered the questions. Where do I click for it to show me the exercises, days etc.?

It should be under "Exercise Program."

Sorry... check that...

On the main page is "Fitness Plan." Click on that and you should see "Your Exercise Program" about halfway down the page...
