Could somebody explain me exactly how I do all the "beginner" exercises (pushups, crunches, lunges ... etc.) the right way? I see all those names, I know how to "do" them, but I have sometimes sore muscles in a complete different way that I should have them!
I somehow managed it to get sore upper arms doing legexcercises!
Please help me!

People will be glad to help but before I start typing, I'm curious as to how you got sore arms from doing a leg workout. Not knowing specifically what you're asking - check the top of the page and you'll see Health Resources. Click on that and see if that answers your questions.

Well, I already read through all those links on the top - I am eating healthy and I also know what I want to do. I just think I am doing it wrong. I did leglifts and somehow I managed it to get sore arms. Either I am doing it wrong or I just am weak in my arms.
But thanks for the hint with the resource thing - I think I will check on google - i got my excercises from there - I will get a good describition (hopefully) from there!
