Hey, gotta question for anyone. How do I figure out what weights (lbs) to use for my workout values?

You have to experiment the first few times. Everybody is different. You basically want to start light for warmup. Then as the number of reps decrease with each set, you increase the weight. On the last set you should barely be able to finish. You increase as you get stronger.
