how do i gain mass and loose weight????

hey everyone, im currently 250lbs and im trying to put on mass as well as loose weight but i am told i need to eat more to gain mass how can i do this with out gaining anymore weight what should i do my ideal weight is around 197 im trying to reach 210 HELP!!!

This is a chicken vs egg kind of question. You need to not worry about weight. What if your weight stays the same and you lose 8 inches off your waist? Would that be just as good? When you build muscle , thats what happens. Muscle is heavier than fat. Muscle also burns more calories than fat. Use your scales to check your progress a little but use your tape measure a lot.

Do your diet homework here. Get into weight training and cardio. Lift heavy, eat right, rest properly and be patient.

just like charle said, can't do both. Your trying the impossible or near impossible, extra calories build muscle, cuting calories( little) get rid of body fat. You can either mass up know, then cut up later , or lose weight and build mass later. Personally I would rather build some good quality mass, then cut up, than be cut up and just skinny lol but thats me
