Give yourself time. Work out, challenge your muscle with progressively heavier loads than it is capable of, and eat well. Plenty of protein, good carbs, and do not be afraid to add in some well placed 'goodies'. Lots of rest, remember the rest is as important as the workout. You gain muscle when resting, not when working out. Many newbies make the mistake of overworking, thinking the more they often they work out, the more they grow. Balance.
