im 17 at 150 lb.s and im 5"8'. I bench press and lift waights everyday. I also do crunches, sit-ups and lovehandle exer. I also do others but do bot know there titles. I do this everyday for about 1hour to 30 min. My diet is only 2 meals a day. oats for breakfeast and a small serving for what ever my family makes for dinner. Now i dont have a lunch in school so i only have time for 2 meals a day. SO can any body tell me what to do and how long untill i can get to this goal?

do a search on fit buddy (below) for six packs, it will bring up hundreds of threads on that topic. Good luck!

well if you're doing 90 minutes of ab workout a day, everyday, and eating 2 meals a day, then you probably aren't going to get there for a very long time.

You need to develop both a nutrition program and weight lifting program. By eating only 2 meals a day, your body will hold onto its fats, because it is taught to do this when it is not fed. Basically, the opposite of what you want.

First off you need to eat more as everyone else has said, second problem "I bench press and lift waights everyday."

Bench Press and abs are not the only muscles in your body. You need to train your back, your legs, everything. Abs are made in the kitchen is a popular saying around here. Situps and love handle exers or whatever are crap in my opinion. Get to the gym start lifting heavy and eat clean, you'll get there and will be more likely to keep it.
