Hi im new to the community. Im 19, i played sports all my life but with working shift work i dont anymore. I have belly fat that i want rid of. I have stopped eating and i run all the time but it doesn't seem to help. Please someone help :(
Spend the time to really look over this site and learn all you can about diet and exercise. I agree with immovablesone 100%. You can't just starve yourself and expect your body to react well to running all the time. Eat sensibly and do a structured workout routine and you'll find the body you're looking for. Good Luck!
