How do I get rid of my saddle bags?

I just signed up on Friday. I have been doing lots of cardio, and after a year I am at my goal weight and look good EXCEPT my thighs. How do I get them to stop flatening out like a pancake when I sit and wiggling the rest of the time? It really gross. I DONT want to work them to much and end up with big legs still.

Okey jesse welcome here. The thighs, the butt and often the lower tummy are areas where the body DOESN'T want us women to loose weight...... That's how it is. SO we have to work harder than you can imagine.

Don't be afraid of taking heavy. Do squats, lunges etc -all the good leg and bum exercises and do lots of reps (3-4 sets of 15-25 reps) you'll not get big legs out of this, don't worry.

Next step is the x@##&¤ diet. No more sugar or saturated fat and loooots of protein and water.

If you can do this you'll be absolutely boooooootylicious for the summer!!! (o:

What foods have saturated fats in them?

For the most part, you can get this info. from food labels. Fast food items can be categorized as having saturated fats, too.
