how do I get rid of my upper arm fat without looking like a lady body builder? I have a lot of muscle in my arms but tons of fat on top and well, bottom of it, but I do the upper arm workouts only to find i gain more muscle and the fat never goes away. even when i lost 125 pounds before, my upper arms stayed fat and nasty! I wanna wear tank tops dammit! Please help
Fat loss is what you need to focus on as well as weight training. The "size" you are seeing is most likely fat inbetween the muscle as well as the muscle as you train and lose fat your arms will reduce.
