My name is Idis and I will be starting this wonderful program tomorrow. I'm 45 years old I am 5'8 and I'm currently weigh 152 pounds but my waisteline is 36 inches. The most I can get it down to is 33 inches but in doing so I am also losing weight that I do not need to be losing. With this exercise program will I also be losing some inches around my waisteline even though I am not doing working out my abs? I would appreciate any answers...Thanks!
