I have worked out some in the past..but I am wanting someone to tell me what I need to start doing all the time in order to loose some excess fat around my belly..That is the only place I have it and it is not to bad..I am starting crunched and I need to know how often to do them and how quick can I see results? I really want to have muscle definition by the first of December..that is around 8 weeks..Is this possible? I have 4 kids and have a pretty good shape so far..I just want to tone up my abs..Do I do them everyday? Thanks. Tracy.
