Begin by cleaning up your diet and getting some type of exercise everyday.

hi i just entered the program. i always have difficulty keeping to the program. how do i keep to this program?

make a deal with yourslef to do at least the first ten minutes of your routine, and if you still don't want to do it then you can stop for the day. Usually you will stay and finish.
It also helps to have clear cut realistic goals. Write down all the reasons you want to exercise and eat right and what will happen in the long run if you don't stick with it. this will be your go-to list for motivation when you don't want to workout.
I also find that being motivated is like being happy - you can choose it. Once you flip that switch in your head and decide you will do it, it becomes a lot easier.

Attitude is everything! you've to first believe you can achieve your goles. then set some posetive goels and start your gourney with a good attitude. good luck!
