im 19 years old, i have always been a larger girl. right now im smaller than i was back in high school now weighing 162. i do not eat healthy and i search from book to book and site to site! all i want is a easy to follow diet like dosages and how many a day and what im not to eat and a simple work out plan. right now i do not work out but i have the summer off from college and i want to make a new me to make myself feel better about me please help
