I want to make sure I understand everything correctly.
I want to burn fat and gain lean muscle mass simultaneously. I have always heard that was impossbile, yet recently have read that the CaMP and C2 supplements make this possible. Is this correct or have I misunderstood?
Furtermore, since I am on a burn/build routine, should i use creatine? When would be the optimal time for that since C2 has caffeine in it and would clash pre-workout with the creatine, as will my protein shake post-workout. And, finally, should i still use sugar with the creatine and my postworkout shakes since I wanna burn fat?

i would go ahead and use the creatine. it will help you drive out those last reps, which will in turn build more muscle and burn more fat. therefore, i think its perfectly possible to burn fat and build muscle all at once.
i mix my creatine in with my protein shake postworkout, with dex and malto. yes keep the sugars, just cut them down from what you would use on a gain cycle.

What you propose is inherently difficult simply because of the diet that is needed to gain in most cases. This would be a surplus of calories, and therein lies the problem. Some fat accumulation by the very nature of the diet is probably inevitable. However, you may indeed be able to "limit" the damage with cAMP and very clean diet.
My last post contest I used cAMP for a long time and was indeed able to injest more calories without as much fat gain. I in fact held close to contest shape pretty much longer than ever with increased calories. At some point though, the calories will and did "outweigh" the effects of the cAMP and fat gain did indeed occur.

I emailed USPlabs and they said C2 can be used top build lean and cut fat simultaneously. Is this true?
