After training all summer, I wanna be ripped in three months. I hit a plateau about a month ago. I just took a week off and broke my diet completely, so I am starting over again. I want to build lean muscle, and burn the unnecessary fat.
1- How do I jumpstart my workout? Circuit training? Calisthenics? Just try and lift heavier? What should I concentrate on?
2- As for supplements: what are the must haves? No hype products that don't deliver. I take whey protein and a multi vitamin. I also just bought Powerfull from USPLabs, but don't know how well it will work.
