I have been weight lifting for about 2 months now but I wasn't eating a whole lot to gain muscle for about 1 month...I am not eating about 2000 calories day, and I have gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks...How do I know I'm gaining muscle and not just fat? My gym's BFP calculator is broken so I don't even know what my BFP is. I weigh 150, I'm 15 years old and 68 inches.

I forgot to mention that I lost 60 pounds... I didn't do it the right way though i think i starved myself but I'm not sure...there was like one day where I only ate like 500 calories. But then i did some cardio and that brought down the calories a lot. I lost a lot of muscle because I didn't eat a whole lot, and I did lots of Cardio...

Measure your shoulders,chest, biceps, fore-arms
waist, thighs, calves, and then again in 3 weeks. that will tell you what you want to know.
