My Mornings consist of 30-60mins on a cardio bike, 20mins on the stepper from hell, situps, back bends(on a home machine) and try to fit in some deep knee bends on a total gym, I've, stopped sugar intake, except for altrim, some rice ,maybe 3 pcs of thin bread a week, if that, lots of veggies, lots of water, fruit in the evenings to replace my sweets habit, and peanutbutter, with lite crackers, about 6-8, before my evening, workout, tryed the shakes, bars etc. they dont seem to work, for me, ANY SUGGESTIONS??? By 8pm i'm hungry, and will eat fruit, but i want to not eat past 8pm....

Dosen't matter when you eat it's what you eat!
I have lost allot went from 27% body fat to 12% in a year and a half and I eat past 8 all the time even if it's a whole meal.
Stop the fruit at night, fruit is best in mornings and noon but latter in the afternoon through the night eat more protien and vegi's.
Instead of fruit at night crack open a can of Tuna, Sardines, any Lean Meat and vegi's.
Don't be afraid of carbs at night because once you learn how much your body can take in Carbs to achieve your goals all you do is worry about that amout as a total at the end of your day but it's best to get most in the Morning through Noon and cut but through the night but this dosn't mean no carbs at night.

We used to eat dinner around 5PM. I started having a snack at that time and then eating my dinner around 8PM. That typically holds me over unless I am suffering from insomnia :(

The digestive system does not magically stop working after some certain hour, and all of a sudden everything you eat goes to fat stores. :)
This is simply a retarded means of calorie deprivation someone came up with, and somehow it 'grew legs'.

Oh, duct tape is the best way to stop eating after 8pm, either on your mouth or around your fridge:angry:

Why don't you want to eat after 8pm?

Seems like you need to incorporate more protein into your diet.
