Hey everyone. i'm just starting my weight training program and i'm concerned about one thing: i do not want to lose any weight. i only weigh 105lbs and it's really hard for me to maintain this weight because my metabolism is so fast. I've been trying to put on pounds for years. anyway is there any way to train without sacrificing my weight or will i be luck enough to gain muscle weight in return?

I would focus on weight training to add muscle and shape, and do a minimum of cardio. You will need to eat a lot to feed your high metabolism so that you can gain muscle, focus on quality foods.
