I'm 19yrs old and i workout everyday, i do cardio 6 days a week and weights 3. I know that women can have great definition, and tone, but i just wanna know are there any specific steps i need to be taking? i know its not impossible i just need to be put in the right direction.

Put on some muscle mass and your metabolism will get faster.
Forget all the cardio and work with the weights and the diet. :dumbbell:
