Hello,
I'm new to this website and I thought I'd give this website a try. I have been training for 2 years now ..
I have only gained weight in the first 6 months and so far I have been stuck at 150 lbs... I have gained a lot of toning from training but it looks like my weight never goes up.
So I was about to try this nutritional plan and it came up with me eating 208g of proteins a day...
I am kind of shocked and clueless.
Can someone give me a plan of how an ordinary day would be planned and what would you eat to achieve that?
Without abusing on the shakes...
