How do you adjust your program when..

If you know you are going to miss a day of your program how would you make it up? Here's my splits
M - back - shoulders - abs
T - biceps - triceps
W - rest
TH - chest - legs - calves
F - biceps - triceps - abs
S rest
S rest
I am traveling TH, F, S, S. Do I just not rest on Wed and see if my arms are up for it on Thurs?

Since you're already working out your biceps and triceps on Tues, you can safely miss the second WO.
