Ive been trying really hard to reach the targeted amounts of carbs, protein, calories and fats. However Im falling short on all counts and I dont know how I can make it all up. I dont know how anyone could eat that much. If anyone can throw some ideas at me that might help it would be great.
I use 100% whey protien powder. Ive been taking 3 scoops per day. (1 as a snack at about 10am, 1 after I work out at about 8:30pm and one before I go to bed at about 10:30) Im wondering if its unhealthy to take more than 3 scoops per day because Im haveing a hard time getting enough protein from real food.
