how do you follow the personalized plan?

Hello....im new here in FT...can you teach me how to follow the personalized fitness plan...im a bit confused with the sets and repetitions...help me pls

welcome to FT

completeing a movement once = rep

so if you were doing press-ups, lowering yourself to the ground and pushing back up once would equal 1 rep.

doing several reps in a row without stopping in between = a set

so if you did 6 press-ups in a row, stopped for a break, then did another 6 you would have done 2 sets of 6 reps.
