How do you know the most beneficial amount of weight to lift during a given exercise for the bulking program? When do you go up in weight? When do you go down?
You will need to experiment with the amount of weight you can lift, given the number of repetitions ft suggests. As you progress with the sets (the reps. start out high), you will need to increase the weights (as the reps. decrease).
