I feel and see the difference in my body as far as toning up. But my question is, how do you know when you've put on say a pound or two of muscle? Because I know for a fact that I have lost inches I can tell in my clothes and just by looking at myself I can see definition, but the scale remains the same. Help.... If you can.

Muscle is heavier than fat but takes up less room. So in reality you lost fatty tissue and added lean tissue (Muscle), that is fantastic and it's working. Stay off the scale. Scales are for weighing babies. Go by your clothing, and if you go to a gym, ask them to measure your bf% with calipers. You can also purchase a bf scale. Keep up the good work!

Yes Carivan gave you the answer. Check your bodyfat % and measure your hips, arms etc to see the difference. Throw out the scale!!
