I need your help? I have used the Free Trainers schedule since December 2001 for MAX MUSCLE MAX. I have gained some muscle but there is one thing that worries.
What can i do to have this thick tissue that lies on top of the BICEPS down along the ARM to the wrist. Usually it appears just on the side of the SHOULDER. I have tried to train beceps very hard but the tissue cant appear. I really like to see that on a thaick bicep. It really gives a definiton. THANK YOU. PLEASE HELP.
The muscle shape is determined by genetics at birth. If you are not seeing the "tissue," you want, you may not have it genetically. Lifting merely increases the size of the muscle. At a low bodyfat, you may see what you are talking about. Of course, you can do exercises that target a specific area of the muscle causing them to grow more in certain areas. For thick biceps, use straight barbell curls. I also think a wide grip on a curl bar can build thickness. Hope this helps.
