I was curious what you guys think of this "meals" nutritional value. Its a bit high on the calorie side but given the following properties is it sutible for consumption on a muscle gaining routine?

610 Calories
50 Fat Calories
6.0 Grams Fat
2.0 Grams Saturated Fat
0.0 Grams Trans Fatty Fatty Acids
35 Milligrams Cholesterol
1200 Milligrams Sodium
112 Grams Carbohydrates
15 Grams Dietary Fiber
28 Grams Sugar
27 Grams Protein

Beleive it or not, it's 3 items from Wendy's. Im doing some quick research on Fast Food items for bodybuilders and dieters as well as FDA's Food Database. It "is" possible to build a diet around fast food as long as you are carefull.

The previous post was, A Plain Baked Potato, Side Salad with FatFree French and a small bowl of chilli. Not exactly perfect I mind you, but would work in a pinch I think. Im in the process of compiling a list of nutritional values for foods found in FastFood chains.

You guys have any suggestions or similar article links?

I weouldn't eat that. The sugar and the salt is too high. Not even as a cheat meal!
Just my 2 cents.
