Hello my name is Paul, I Have to ask u guys a question. I am trying to gain muscle mass (get really thick), and I wanted to know how long I am supposed to stay on a particular exercise plan. --Am I supposed to stay on all year-round, for half a year-then rest? Also how should my nutritious plan be carried out?--(I am taking Cell Tech and Glutamine)--thanks

Usualy for mass gain a 8-12 weeks program is good after that take a week or os off and rest. As for nutrition eat a lot of protein and veges along witha lot of water and see the growth come
