I lost 46 pds... cutting all sugar out of my diet. It is called Sugarbusters. Now if you are exercising, you'll need to increase the amount of carbs they say on their way of eating. They say to stay at 3 servings a day and that is not much. But anyway, they have a site. www.sugarbusters.com

So basically, they say to stay away from white rice, enriched pasta, corn, white bread, pineapple, watermelon. They are going by the GI index. Glycemic Index.

Anyways, just wanted to share. :)

Thanks. I am doing the exact same thing.NO SUGAR what so ever. I can not eat chocolate, fruit (for right now) or rice pasta or bread. At first it was impossible but now I am getting use to it. So far I have lost 6 lbs, but then again I just started two weeks ago.
