IM CURIOUS HOW TO MEASURE BODY FAT,
I HEAR PEOPLE SAY I GOT 15% BODY FAT ETC.
WHAT GOOD percentage OF BODY FAT CONSIDER GOOD.

Depends on your goals. 12-15% for men is generally considered "athletic." Body builders compete around 3%, but that is very hard to maintain for extended periods of time. There are a variety of methods to compete bodyfat. Hydro (i.e. in water) is the most reliable or the skinfold test.
