Charlie, this is a aspect of real world application vs a gym enviroment. I am strong, yet my little 1/2 hour of lifting rocks etc wore my ass out. Nothing replaces actual real work...the gym can help, but moving like you did cause a whole host of other muscles that maybe did not get worked.....that is the part about "dino training" I am likeing it is all about taking real world things and using them to workout. just my opinion, I will be baaack in the gym but I am excited to see if this really works....

Yeah Mutt, the dino thing crossed my mind especially since I'm a dinosaur myself. I have broken my body up for 30 years doing real work. In younger days I thought nothing of doing a heavy hard days work and coming home and lifting. My body just won't tolerate that now. The issue of the knees quitting on me after this past year of hard leg training was a kick in the teeth. I drowned my sorrows in quite a few cupcakes this past few weeks. LOL:big_smile::big_smile::big_smile:

Charlie if you've got wear and tear in your knees doing weights won't stop them hurting after a days work -
that is you've got joint pain rather than muscle pain.
If you really are that old though, you're also reducing your chances of breaking your hip and ending up having to go into a home :0P
