You can, but why would you? It will take longer to saturate your muscles with creatine, this is the object. It is a time proven way,and though some will tell you you don't need to, and you don't, why wouldn't you? Do you think you will use less by not loading? If it takes so much longer to get the effect of saturation by not loading, thus the effects, are you saving anything? The choice is yours.
