This diet is all for weight loss... i wann loose maximum weight as possible by june 26 as i am going away and wanan be in my best shape... right now im 174 pounds .... i wanna loose to about 150 by june 26 ... so plz tell me if this is a good diet ...

I WILL BE weight lifting first at 3 ... then running for 30 mins ... then doign sprints .... then doing my ab workouts .... i am gonna try to burn out about 500-700 calories from running and weightlifting put togther per day ...and i will keep my daily calorie intake at 1500-1600 .... PLZ TELL ME IF THIS IS GOOD .... or if u have a better diet i wanna get in realllll good shape by june 26 ... one thing to mention is that for dinner i cant eat meat as i am indian and i cant bring meat into the house but i do eat meat ... and i am also a High sch ool student...
It looks like you want to lose 24 lbs in about 3 months. This is very do-able. I say that because you can achieve the results you are after without getting drastic with your diet. That being said, your diet looks pretty good but I would be concerned that you are not providing adequate energy for your workouts. Remember, if you restrict too much your body will slow metabolism. If you follow this plan, how many calories will you be taking in per day? Losing bodyfat is all about creating a caloric deficit. I'm kind of slow so tell me, what is Indian food. Is it carb laden? Rice? Potatoes? Beans? What is your lifting regimen like?
