It looks pretty good to me... Not to familiar with Nose breakers however, maybe by a different name.
I usually work in Pullovers and Cable Crossovers into my chest routine. Both pretty good exercises

it's prolly the same thing as a skullcrusher which in a bench press with the bar slightly over your forehead

strength and size come from ground up...8 sets for chest and 6 for triceps sounds fine....But if you want best overall results you should be doing the ones I listed below consistantly....
Variations of:
Squats
Deadlifts
Bent Over Rows
Pull Ups/Chin Ups
Dips
Bench/Floor Presses

Is there a reason for the 7 reps per set?

As opposed to any other number per set?
It always amazes me when people are like "I have to get this many per set." You know how many I do per set? However many I feel like. Listen to your body. Today I wasn't feeling great. I broke a huge snatch PR, but just wasn't feeling the motivation. This is my bodies way of telling me its time for a relaxed day. So I did about half the volume, and plan on hitting it hard on monday.

menece what is the purpose of floor presses ?
is this lying on the floor underneath the bar and pressing from that point (already elevated)
same with me i usually listen to my body when it comes to lifting

It's basically similar to bench press with a block on your chest....training the upper 1/2 or 1/3 of the lift where triceps take over.....
Floor Presses you lower the bar until your elbows hit the floor then press....it's good because you won't be lifting the bar unevenly as I see many guys do....it's hard to bounce the bar.....which is another thing many guys do...and you can generally load up more weight compared to when you have to touch your chest.....

Recently read M&F and it listed 7th rep as transition rep or some other monicker which I thought was a load of crap...that's the problem reading all those mags and taking all their advice as all true...
