So I got home from the gym late and was in a huge rush to get food in me. So i had 2 cups of milk and a peanut butter sandwich. Then i was thinking i needed some kind of meat. BUT I noticed that the milk and pb sandwich had 30g protein and 70g carbs. that doesnt seem bad at all.. is it?
