How long were you working out befor you could bench 4 plates? Most people Think im steroids because apparently im getting to strong to big to fast, altho i dont think so. Iv been working out for about 6-7 months and i whent from being 5'6 125LBS benching 130LBS to 5'7 160LBS benching 215LBS.

4 plates(2 on each side) would be 225.

yeah, i know. But most people, at least around where i live, use the ammount of plates as a landmark.

"landmark" does not change the weight. You state 215, it is in fact 225. You are cheating yourself out of weight!

I cant believe how 14-15 years old can shift that kind of weight.....
I am amazed and makes my lifts look like shopping bags...:angry: :surprised:

Well let's see, I was probably cocktailing about six months before I could carry 4 plates at once. I was wearing 4 inch stiletto heels, that certainly makes a difference. Of course, being a cocktail waitress I didn't serve dinner often, so I consider that a major gain in a short period of time.

Smalbig your gains are very impressive...225 is a real accomplishment...you have a great built for bench pressing as well as perhaps other natural advantages...giving you better leverage...
don't worry about what other people 'say'...there are many ignorant people who just like to suggest things when they don't know anything in this area....just continue to do what you're doing because apparently it's been very successful for you...sky is the limit...just watch your form and listen to your body...and give plenty of time for rest...
lol...at first I was thinking he meant 405...which would truly be amazing...
