I do High intensity training for 30 mins like 5 mins warm up to start with and 60 secs of sprinting and 90 secs to cool down. This cycle continues for 12 times. My objective is to build muscle and lose fat, which I had almost done. But am unable to get those six packs. I do weight training after a 10 mins rest. Can anyone suggest am I overdoing cardio if this running plus a 15 mins cycling is way too much.
