how long can you take creatine for?

Is there a limit of repeating creatine typical cycles (like 2 months on / 1 montht off) or I can do it like forever, of course as long as I keep working out, and if that is the case do anyone of you know of possible long term side effects of doing it?...thank u all

I went for about a year straight taking creatine with no more than maybe a day or two off. I had absolutely no problems. People do not realize that creatine has so many other positive benefits besides muscle building, that it should and can be a supplement that can be taken for longer periods of time.

Yes but you shouldn't take creatine for more than 6-8 weeks straight. No, it's not a danger for the body BUT you need your OWN body to keep producing creatine as well (so you need the break) AND you're also risking to get too much creatine (still no danger since your body will eliminate) so in the end you'll just be wasting it....
You can keep on repeating the cycle, no negative side effects (if you are in good health!!).
