Everyone is different, and the rate to which one would lose muscle would depend on numerous factors such as metabolism, body fat composition, diet, supplementation, how long one has been working out, age, etc....If you have been lifting for only a short amount of time and you stop for a month or so, you could lose alot of strength and mass during that time. If you've lifted for twenty years, and you take a month off, maybe a little fatigue would set in, assuming you have been eating healthy. You see, there are so many different factors to take into consideration. In order to put back on the muscle, that all depends on how well your body is equipped to recover, how well your diet and supplementation is, how suitable your exercise routine is, etc...READ MY QUOTE...SHUT-UP AND GROW!
