Ok ive been sick for about a week and have not exercised however i'm starting to feel a lot better plus starting to feel not so great from not exercising and am going to start back. whew! anyways i was wondering how long does it "normally" takes to get back to where i was a week ago in exercising and stuff? any ideas?

no time at all...you don't lose anything from just a week or two off....just start slow...and work up to heavier sets........you may still be in a weakened state....
