I change up my other excercises......howeve rhow long do you do a version of squat?
Like regualr, sumo, box, front how often should you switch it up, cause my squat is sucking right now, I was wondering should I switch to a different version?
Cause somthing just doesn't feel right when I squat....I don't feel "powerful" or stable......in any aspect!

I change mine up every 1-3 weeks and have gone as long as 4-8 weeks. The more experience the less time spent on a given strength exercise. I will always box squat on my dynamic day.

I know how you feel bigandrew. As for me, my bench sucks right now. I recall about 3-6 weeks ago when I was going into the gym and was breaking records every week, and then as of 2 weeks ago or so I didnt feel as strong as I usually did. Gator is right though, change your strength exercises and you will be stronger than you where before. Good Luck!

so would it be ok to do front squats, for say 3 weeks.......then box squats 3 weeks then back to regular squats?
I only work out 3 days a week so I don't have a dynamic day.

Don't know if you have done them before, but try a exercise called zercher squats. Very hard exercise.

great I liked cheering in front of all those people, even if they were yelling "gators". I'd love to cheer for a game that has like a average attandance of like 50 thousand plus.
