I was curious. How long should one expect before they see real gains in overall mass? If I weigh 155 and eat 200 grams of protein, and about 400 grams of carbs, with around 30-50 grams of fat, how long will I have to wait before I gain some weight. I am on the 12 week mass program and take creatine and vitams and methoxypro 3 times a day. Some feedback would be appreciated. The Hog.

Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks for the back up chase!! We all need to hear that kind of positive reinforcement. If you ever need it, ask. The Hog.

One thing to remember is that you will not see the results as others will around you. You see yourself in the mirror everyday and therefore the small daily gains you make might not be obvious. So ask people around you who don't see you you often..

hahaha yeah arnold, but the problem is that most people are so diplomatic they would compliment ur body regardless. :)
word of advice guys: if someone ever asks you about his/her physical appearance, always give the positive compliment, it does wonders everytime (especially for women)
