A Big Mac® and large fries are about 1160 calories.

It takes about 20 steps to burn one calorie - so it will take around 23,200 steps just to walk it off!

At about 2000 steps per mile you will have to walk just over 11 miles for 4 or 5 hours.

They should put that on the packaging instead of the nutrional value, i think a lot more people would think twice then...

1160 calories for an unhealthy meal, Wow no wonder why people look like sacks of sh@t!

I'm my biggest critic and I feel less then in the gym when I compare myself to the guys that have been there years longer then me but once I step outside them gym doors I feel 1/2 too 1/3 the size smaller them most around me including WOMEN. I'm 183 pounds standing 1/2 shy of 6 feet tall, I should be bigger then most people but sadly I'm half of most and 1/3 smaller then plenty!

Evey year since the 80's food gets bigger and the people too. You see what Burger King considers a GOOD STACK, they even name then burgers stackers from 2 patties upt to 4 or 5!

Funny how things are, the guy next to you in the gym seems to be much more then you but once you step outside them gym doors your actually looking really damn good!

the burgers from McDonald's are not bad its the fries that get you. I like to snack on double cheese burgers. More meat less bread 25g of protein. Even vitamin a, c, calcium, and iron.

I eat Burgers too but I make them myself from sirloin meat!

Makes the point of what I have been telling folks forever, adding some exercise/ab crunches will not produce any noticeable results without proper diet. Unless you are a total exercise junkie, and even then it is dam near impossible to not change your diet and expect to change your body composition.

Yikes!!!! Glad I don't like Big Macs! Maybe they should havea walk around the world campaign or something, if you walked continuously you could have a big mac every, what, 11 miles..... but that doesn't even count what it is doing to your arteries, etc. And the amount of sodium and flavoring chemicals..let's not forget the fact that there are more chemicals/carcinogens in Mcd's fries than in cigarettes!

Let's hear it for homemade lean burgers and oven baked fries!!!!!

The only thing I do eat at Macdonalds (When no other place around) is the grilled chicken sandwich I throw away the bread and no sauce. Pretty good with a salad.

I think once the thought gets into your head, it's hard to deny things. It's guaranteed that if I tell myself I won't have a chocolate bar in the afternoon, that I'll be up in the cafeteria by 3 purchasing one...maybe I should start telling myself not to eat veggies:)

------------------------------Carbohydrate Protein Fat
McDonalds Big Mac & Large Fries----116g------31g---55g

My daily diet intake--------------312g--------187g---55g

Now my diet is asumed if at a perfect 50/30/20 ratio, but my point is that's my whole days worth of FATS in 1 meals so I'll screwed the rest of the day! Not to mention it's probably about 75% or more BAD FATS!
