Water is fine, just remember to balance out your electrolytes.

drinking too much water can hurt you it's called hyponatremia (low levels of salt). happens in althletes and is the common cause of serious heat illness in Grand Canyon. You lose alot more than water with sweat but electolytes too. Drinking only water doesn't replace the electrolytes on 'waters' them down more. Cynthia Lucero died during the 2002 Boston Marathon b/c of this. Pritchard knows what he's talking about!

hey, i read alot post here about how much water you have to drink while taking creatine but usually they all have different opinions. I usually drink 5-6 bottles of water (500ml/each), is that enought or not at all?

A good number to go for is 55% of your bodyweight in ounces. For example, if you weight 200 lbs, then 55% of that would be 110 ounces of water per day. There are 128 ounces of water in a gallon, so if you get a gallon per day, you're good to go!
Make sure that you adjust for heat, humidity, etc., if you are exercising in a hot environment. Generally speaking, more is better than less when it comes to water.
