I found a milk shake recipe on the internet about 2 months ago and I started making them.. ingredients are 2 cups of low fat milk, 4 eggs whole, 2 large tsps. of peanut butter.
Can anybody give me an estimated amount of calories that are in this shake? Man, I hope the numbers are high but I got a feeling they are very low...
My diet has been under way for over 2 months now and I feel I need to up the calories by about 500-1,000 a day.
Thanks for your reponses...

Just in case you didn't find the answer, thought I'd calculate it for you. I went to fitday.com to do it. I wasn't sure of specifics, so just used regular peanut butter (not natural or low fat), 1% milk, and large eggs. Also, because it sounds like you maybe do "heaping" tablespoons of peanutbutter, I estimated 2.5 T total of PB.
Total calories: 739
Total fat: 46 grams, (14 g Saturated, 8 g poly, 19 g mono)
Total carbs: 33 grams
Total fiber: 2 grams
Total protien: 51 grams
Total sodium: 685.24 mg
Hope this helps! :)
