My current nutrtional plan tells me to eat 2600 calories to bulk up. However, the weight I input in my nutritional profile is 130. I don't think that's a healthy weight for my age.

The weight you put in is supposed to be your actual weight. The caloric intake is the suggested calorie intake for your respective goal(s) you are trying to reach.
