hey i am 16 6ft and 170 lbs. i was over weight as a child and started to diet and run every day. i was so desperate not to be the fat kid that i restriced my calories to 500 and stated running and lifting for almost two hours a day when i finally became so overtrained that i lost over 70 lbs and became physically sick my parents forced me to go to a nutritionist and a personal trainer. i started eating right and working out right but i overdidit on the eating and gained 40lbs and shot up to 20% body fat. i want to gain muscle not fat how many calories should i eat to reach my goals
