I'm curious on how many carbs I should be eating. I've lost over 15 lbs since Feb. 1 mostly by just doing hard core spin,power aerobics and bootcamp 5 days a week; but about 5 weeks ago I drastically changed my eating habits to be healthier and to help loose weight. Well, that's working but I want to make sure I'm getting enough carbs too. Can you give me an estimate by way of how many cups of Quinoa I should eat a day? Thanks so much!
